Welcome
Hi! So glad we could meet like this...

Picking who you want to capture some of your most special moments can feel SO daunting. Most of us know someone who’s good with a camera, and who maybe knows a bit about editing- but there’s so much more to wedding and portrait photography than snaps and edits. In a sea of amazing photographers, creators, and editors- what really makes someone stand out? Why would I really love to be your photographer more than anyone else? Well, my hope is because you’ll vibe with me as a person just as much as me as a photographer!
Capturing those romantic, warm and gorgeous moments requires so much more than some photography know-how - it’s about how comfortable you feel in front of my camera, how I help you light up and show up with confidence even on a windy day or when the groomsmen are 30 minutes late, and how I make every part of our project painless and maybe even a bit fun!
So, all that to say- here’s a bit about me!
I fell in love with capturing moments in high school, capturing people’s memories with my DSLR in yearbook. It started out as a hobby, then became a passion, and then grew into this business I adore getting to run.
I’m currently based in SLC, Utah, which is home to some of the most amazing lighting and scenery ever - but I’m more than willing to travel and explore! I love getting to chase romantic stories, amazing lighting, and a good napping spot anywhere they show up.
My favorite part of photography has been and will always be hearing and capturing people’s stories. Like I said, good photography is so much more than the click of a button - it’s about how to visually capture your love story or your personal story. To bring to life in still images what makes your story, your’s and helping you feel comfortable in front of a camera you’ve never seen before. Capturing moments and memories is my absolute favorite thing to do- and I never wanna stop getting to do it, even if it means hiding in the bushes for your engagement or jet-setting across the world for your elopement.
Since I’ve been at this for a bit, I wanted to share a few of my favorite memories since being a photographer:
First off, you know how I mentioned being in yearbook? Well I didn’t just get to capture teenagers- I also got the honor of shooting for my yearbook teacher’s wedding! It was my very first wedding and made me fall so in love with the whole wedding photographer deal. My yearbook teacher was the whole reason I picked up a camera, and I’m so, so thankful she sent me down this path!
Another one of my favorite moments is getting to fly to Monterey for a destination wedding. As I said, I love to travel and explore for my clients- but this was by far my biggest excursion yet and every part of it was just so, so fun! I loved getting to not only capture this couple and their enchanting love story, but also the beautiful place they chose to get married and all the people they brought to celebrate with them.
And while I have a million favorite little moments, one of my all-time favorite photoshoot stories is when I was photographing an engagement and it just started absolutely pouring rain. I’m talking downpour from the sky, hair soaking, everything’s wet kind of rain. Normally I’d be so terrified this would ruin a shoot but I remember the couple just looked at me and said, “It’s okay the rain is so fitting for us,” and so we kept going. The most magical part though is that mid-shoot, a rainbow showed up in the sky right beside them and it was one of those moments where everything came together so beautifully in such an unexpected way. It’s still one of the most magical shoots I’ve ever gotten to be a part of.
I’ll never get tired of listening and capturing the beautiful stories of my clients, turning memories both big and small into moments you can keep forever. I really hope you feel welcome in front of my camera, I’d love to see you there.
